Refund and Returns Policy

BAKI BIHARI Health Care provides online medical consultation services that are non-tangible and time-bound in nature. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.

1. Cancellation Window

  • Booked services can be cancelled within 4 days of payment only.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to bakibiharihcllp@gmail.com with the transaction ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Cancellations are processed only if the consultation has not yet commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund (minus payment gateway charges, if any) will be issued if cancellation is requested within 4 days of payment and the consultation has not started.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • NO refund or return is feasible once the medical consultation is completed, even partially (e.g., doctor has joined the session, prescription issued, or advice provided).

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Consultation has been conducted (fully or partially).
  • Cancellation request received after 4 days from payment.
  • User fails to attend the scheduled consultation (no-show).
  • Technical issues on the user’s end (e.g., poor internet, device malfunction).
  • Change of mind after the cancellation window.

4. Service Rescheduling

  • If a consultation cannot proceed due to technical failure on our platform, you may:
    • Reschedule at no extra cost, OR
    • Request a full refund (processed within 7–10 business days).
  • Rescheduling must be requested within 24 hours of the failed session.

5. Payment Gateway & Bank Charges

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Any additional bank/payment gateway charges cannot be included in service bill documents since they are not part of service fees. Such charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of L N Healthcare.
  • Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
  • We comply with applicable consumer protection laws in India.
